when they say it finishes at 9 it drags way till 11plus plus

hahaha i have a stiff neck
i cant turn my neck to the right without turning my whole body

this week was RHD celebration
i think this year's racial harmony day is quite boring
partly cos i was too lazy to wear anything ethnic
i remembered sec 1 i wore a cheongsam, sec 2 baju kurung, sec 3 saree
sec 3 was the best cos so many of us were in saree
and we like created little india in school, hahaha

so i received a bad news as well as a good news this week
oh well, i just wished the bad news could have been a good news too
but i guess that's life, you cant have everything you want
i just have to make the best of it and hopefully i can still turn things around
just have to keep working and keep the faith

ok no more auditions for me
i have enough of having anxieties & butterflies in the stomach
i hate going for auditions and no matter how many i've been,
its still nerve wrecking
its really scary, i cant explain and i hate every minute of it

next week is a stressful week

this week passed so very quickly

probably because im in school till 8pm everyday
and it makes your day really really long
plus probably cos its a 4 day week this week,
monday was youth day and there was no school
so that was a really good break
and i had a good 12hour awesome time ;)

maybe it should be the new school system
4 days of school, 3 days of break
it sounds so cool, haha

then every monday can be an awesome day
with no more monday blues
and it will always be the best of the best day of the week ;)

it's been a really long time since i last blogged
so much been happening
school, life and lotsa stufff

this week we had the interclass spirt of class cheer
it was awesome, i think DG really bond as a class
i love DG lots.... Dead Gorgeous people.... hahaha
and we got second place,
its really not about winning it but seeing all of us having fun together
so yeah, i am happy

SC Carnival next saturday,
i am yet to sell my tickets, i am so slack, hahaha

watched When in Rome with Ameera and Farah yesterday
had an awesome time with them

oh and thanks Farah for the bracelet from Turkey
i love it especially cos its blue :):)

Happy Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year
(errr, kind of belated)

Its the long awaited super long weekend
Saturday thru to Wednesday
yes, Wednesday cos we have an extra day :D

Saturday... Aisyah, Tata and Aden came over
Gave a little birthday surprise for aden
and she was totally surprised, so that was goooood

Went for a movie after that
Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief
it was four-some awesome... haha

Sunday.... was just home
cousins came over, had a little kenduri
then had a feast

Monday..... hmmm... oh Aisyah came over
chit-a-chat a bit
then went to see Luq's soccer try out
haha, i think it made Aisyah's day :P

Today Aisyah wants me to go johor with her
but i think i will stay home and rest
Feeling sick again since last night

I thought I am all ready for school tomorrow
with completed homework and all
but last nite I accidentally spilt almost half of my ice milo
onto my maths worksheet and some other notes stuff
and I am dreading myself to re-do everything
so much about wanting to just chill today and do nothing...humph!!!

Anyway, farah's party was really fun
we ate, played card games, stoned and just chill hahaha
then we all went to bedok kfc after that
ate and played truth or dare
okay I dread truth or dare games but I played along
I dont like dares cos I am such a coward to make a fool of myself
but I dont like truth too
I get restless at some impending questions
so I will find excuses to go toilet or
get on the phone and call my mum. phewwwww. hahaha

Right, so tomorrow is the start of school
I dont know how i am going to survive the year

Happy New Year Everyone

2009 ended with a bangz cos
i had my family, cousins and friends with me
we had a small BBQ gathering
meant for just me family and Aisyah's family
and me grandparents and me cousins
but then managed to persuade Aisyah's mum and my mum
to invite some friends
but too bad so many didnt manage to make it ):
otherwise it would have been more merry making
but still it was lots of fun
thanks Sadrina, Ameera, Farah, Hakiim, Fitri, Idris for coming
and thanks to cousins Abg Hanz, Luq, Harris, Kak Shasha and Ee
for making fun of me all the time (hahaha, same shirt same shirt!!)

I am really not ready to welcome 2010

gonna be cutting back on so many things

and then the SHOW

But technically just one more day of school for me

I woke up with a bad headache and bad stomach cramp
eh actually it was already from the night before
but I still got to go back to school for Choir later at 3pm
for APEC Rehearsal at Esplanade cos the show is this Saturday
and cos of the APEC thing I am gonna miss out on
Zah's birthday celebration this Saturday. Damn sad la!!

School's out for the lower secondary
but the Sec 3's still have extended school till 13th Nov
how GREEEEEEAAAAAAATTTTTTT!!!!!

The timetable for this 2 weeks are just dreadful!!
2hours of long lectures almost everyday
covering almost 4 subjects each day
and intensive MT every single day
and school dont end till almost 2 and at 3 on somedays
and on top of that, i still have choir tues and thurs till 6
cos we'll be performing for APEC

Other stuff i'm looking forward to will be
- Raffles Spotlight with Aden
- India trip from the 25th to 2nd Dec
- My Atok coming back from Haji on 3rd Dec,
so sad i didnt manage to send him off yesterday cos of school

Hari Raya was a blast!!!
I love it cos my aunt and cousins from Indonesia
will come and celebrate with us
We went visiting all day both Sunday and Monday
I hope the visiting will stop for a while
cos exams is like a week away
Feeling very stressssful now

So been trying to stay up to mug
Wow, Red bull works wonders
I managed to stay up all night on Wednesday
and lasted through school yesterday
and even managed to stay back with Sadrina and Za
till 6 to study in school
but I collapsed at 9 last night
set my phone alarm to get up at 10.30 but i just couldnt lift my eyelid
managed to get up at 12, saw Sadrina's message to wake her up at 11.30
Called her, she picked up
but i hear her snores on the phone instead.. haha
Then i decided to close my eyes for another 15mins
but i ended up sleeping all the way to morning )):

Tonight I'm gonna try and stay up... i must i must i must!!!

actually there's alot been happening but
i just cant find time to blog

like this week is Health Week,
and i did Ski 360deg and it was awesome TTM
i really wanna do that AGAIN... so damn FUN!!
and oh we also did the 110 rounds run
110 cos its our school's anniversary this year :D

oh before i forget,
Selamat Berpuasa to all my muslim friends
so fast, 2 days down
and before we knew it... its HARI RAYA (:
but then i dont want the time to pass too quickly
cos i am not at all ready for EOYS
which I think is the week immediately after Hari Raya

hmmm since its fasting month
i should really try to sleep earlier
cos 1 hour of sleep is being robbed
got to wake up at 4.45 instead of normal time of 5.45
to eat so got energy to last the whole day
but its so hard to eat at that hour,
i eat with my eyes half closed
actually, i'd rather sleep :P

oh btw, i am excited for tomorrow...

I meant to take a 10 mins power nap around 9.30 last night
but then i ended up sleeping through the night :P

just to help me keep awake longer to mugg
and it works
BUT i suffer in the morning
cos i cant get out of bed
which is really really bad !!! haha

this week, i thought i do something different
i read that exercise helps keep the energy level up
so last night, i asked my dad play squash with me
we went to Yio Chu Kang Sports Complex
there's no court at 8 so we ended up playing at 9
btw, i blistered between my fingers again!!
we stopped at 10, rushed back, showered and all
then i stayed up practising a bit more A.maths
but i dont know if this exercise thing helps
cos i woke up very tired this morning ):

so A.maths test over and done with today
i thought it was quite tough ):
still got to study for chem test this friday
and physics test next weds

Today and tomorrow is the HOPE Concert
The last 3 days we've been doing full runs and
yesterday was full dress rehearsal
really damn tiring but we're getting there... yeah (:

we've perfected our finale song
its the same finale song as that of Slumdog movie
its gonna be a good concert... i hope
our group will be in Act 2
and we'll be singing and dancing to songs like
Apologize, I hate this part and more (:
and its the first time we doing a concert with FANKids
they're a group of hip hop dancers and they're damn pro!!

Hello Holidays !!!!

Well, my last week of school has been one helluva
roller coaster ride... full of ups and downs

the week has been a zombiiie week for me
i was so sleep deprived
and i was walking with a panda eye

thanks to uBD pjt, i only had one hour of sleep
and guess what, the teacher gave 1 day grace the next day
cos some people didnt finished...
i was pissed, cos i could have just slept that night.. argggh

physics test was totally demoralising
it was damn freaking difficult
i dont understand why they even bother testing us
when they are just out there to fail us
setting that kind of paper - tough like shit
its really puts you down
cos you studied so hard and yet you cant get the questions

lucky i was kinda entertained by the India gals this week
and i joined the India gals to Chinatown on Weds
it was fun... the gals are really nice
they are quite a noisy bunch and we talked a lot
I cant wait for my India trip ((:
i was supposed to leave in between dinner cos of tuition
but i left my school bag in the school bus
so in the end i had to wait till the end of dinner
which ended like 8.30..

the last day of school ironically was such a sad day
so many people are leaving
and the whole afternoon after school was just farewell parties
first we had a farewell tea party for the India gals

then around 6plus
we had a 3DG farewell party for Ms Leong and Lynn
Ms Leong is our co-op and geog teacher
so sad... just when i am progressing with geog
she's leaving us
she's such a cool and sporting teacher,
and she was all behind us during our SOTC
sheeesh.. i wish she'd stay with 3DG

Lynn, my geog buddy is leaving us too.... to US
i'm gonna really miss you

omg... we were all literally in tears during the 3DG party
3DG is so bonded... i dont know how we gonna react
during our farewell next year...

and to top it all...
i have been busy with rehearsals
cos my concert is like really soon
we rehearsed 3 times this week from 6 to 10

and thats just not it..

OMG... what a great relief!!!!!

ok so I made another attempt on Sunday night at 11pm
to walk around the estate again with my dad
just when we thought she's gone for good
we heard her meek response to our calls
she was curling up in a very secluded corner
near the multi storey carpark
that we could have just passed it unnoticed
poor Sassy... 2 nights out there in the cold
i swear you're not gonna be out of my sight ever

Chelsea was so sweet cos she was staying up
on the phone with me during my search

okay i'm feeling much much better than yesterday
altho my temperature is still like a yo-yo
can be anything from 38 to 39 degs in a span of 4 hours
omg. I AM HOT right! HAHAHAHAHA

so, it started on Sunday
I came back from tuition that evening, my temp was like 37.9
then i slacked and watched x-men and realised it went up to 38.3 then 38.6
i had difficulty sleeping
woke up at 3am and my temp was like whoah 39deg
I was freaking hot.
hahahhaa sounds damn wrong.

the next morning, i woke up at like 8am
i really didnt sleep well that nite
and my dad said i was sleep talking and hallucinating... haha
went to the doctor & said i have fever, flu, cough and throat infection
and again... i had a colourful of m&m's pills to take... yucks
and seriously, the medicine makes me feel even worse!!!
and living on porridge all day... is really miserable ))):

so yeahh yesterday when all you people were busy in school,
I was sleeping, sleeping, sleeping, cos my head was spinning
i tried watching tv but end up the tv watching me... haha

so today I didnt go to school cos i have 2 days mc.
staying at home is really awesome but having fever totally sucks
i tried to study today but i couldnt concentrate at all.
like giddy feeling all the time.

i hope i feel well enough to be able to go to school tmrw
and not being sent home.

i missed Amaths test today.... after all the mugging ):
and i have to really get better
cos i have like 4 tests next week... yup 4 tests!!!

SYF is finally over
and SC CHoirs clinched a GOLD

I was happy that we maintained our gold but yet sad cos
I would be lying if i said I wasnt expecting that Gold with Honours
we worked damn hard, really hard
and we really put in our 150% or even more
we really sang our hearts out
that for Salve, even the teachers said they were moved by our singing
and they said it made them cry
but i think we went a little sharp on our third song

Most of the seniors, the sec 3s and 4s cried
cos its our last SYF and we really thought we could achieve GWH
but i guess.. some things are just not meant to be
but hey lets not be sad anymore okay
at least we can still walk with our heads high
we still maintain our unbreakable GOLD record
we did our best, and that's all that matters
and I love you guys....

anyway i'm looking forward to Guide's Campfire this sat
the sec 3s gonna perform and sing
Climb by Miley Cyrus and Bless the broken road by Rascal Flatts

Yes, its a short school week....

and i got to sleep during the ferry trip.. heee

Gosh... its mid-week already... oh no !!!

One week term break is like no break for me
As good as no holidays
when you still have to go to school every single day !!
oh except for Monday.. cos they decided to be kind
Choir from 8.30am to 3.30pm... solid 6/7 hours standing & singing
its damn tiring... really !!
you just feel like detaching yr leg at the end of the day

and there's choir overnight camp tmrw till friday
and i'm just too lazy to pack... what do we have to bring anyway?

Kidz Horizon Charity Event went well
But we had to change some last minute choreo
so our call-in time was damn early, 3pm to rehearse again
when the show is actually at 8pm

Every year its been President Nathan as the Guest of Honour
but i thought i didnt see him this time
We did the opening and had to wait till 10plus for the finale
i think i've done this for the last 3 years
i dont think i can afford the time next year
so yeah, might be the last time i perform for Kidz Horizon Charity
an annual event to raise money for the endowment fund
at Kendang Kerbau Hospital for children with cancer

Anyway, this year, we only have a small cast from JK
just Vanessa from RGS, Chelsea from IJ and me and Lizzie from SC
but we still had funnnn...

I survived OBS
It was such an experience
pitching tents in pure darkness
sleeping in wet tents
trekking aimlessly with backpacks almost the same weight as yourself
kayaking in the pouring rain
surviving on biscuits, bread, maggi and canned food
holding my bladder most of the time and
not bathing for 3 freaking days and having powder baths every night
which could be the reason i attracted mosquito bites
i am badly bitten all over, i tell you.

but I have an awesome group and trainer
GHANDHI and Jasime FTW

if you ask me, i'd rather be in OBS than be back to school again!!
where life was just carefree then... SHIOK.. haha

am sick today....
woke up with difficulty to breathe and very bad cough
skip school and went to the doctor
2 days mc... (:
doc said i've got bronchitis
which is the inflammation of the lining of the bronchial tubes,
that connects the trachea (windpipe) to the lungs.
so, when a person has bronchitis,
it may be harder for air to pass in and out of the lungs,
that's why it causes breathlessness,
especially more so for someone who has asthma like me ):
so i have to be back on ventolin puff for a week
and i had like 6 different kind of pills... bitter like shyt!!
but no choice got to get better otherwise
not fit for OBS... which is like in one week's time

so yeah, i slack at home
and i did valentine heart notes for 3DGs...

Picnic at the Marina Baragge abandoned
Thanks to my mum... she didnt let me go

nice hot weather so i can get some tan.. (:

Anyway... Malacca trip was awesommme to the max...
10 of us... My uncle's family and Aisyah's family
it was a rather long drive...
Aisyah and i got bored and we camwhored all the way
It was rather fun cos we played photographer/model thingy.. haha

First stop was a Rest and Relax place
and we ate some nasi ayam goreng... aisyah's recommendation... was nice

Then drove all the way to Malacca Mahkota Parade
we had Drinks and Cakes at Secret Recipe
and walked around a bit... bought a top... nice!!
Most shops are closed by the way..

Then we drove to some seafood place near some kelong
the place quite cool..
We ordered really alot alot.. fish, crab, sotong, lala,
the kangkong belachan was nice.. we ordered twice and had to wait so long

Then another long drive back... slept all the way... haha shiok
errrr.. but rather sinful cos slept with a full stomach.. feel so FAT!!!

International Kids Performing Festival (IKPF) is finally over
It was a great 4 days from the 7th to 10th
I had so much FUNN..
performing and meeting new people and making new friends from around the world

Made friends with the kids from US, the School of Rock
Gaylor, Cole, Austin, Chloe, Maddy, Sophia,Zachary, Devan
They are really talented and awesome.
and they are all just between 9 and 16
I really enjoyed their performance

And there is this group from Indonesia, the Jazz Prodigees
Enos, Zefa, Dennis and Ibnu gosh...
they were really good too super talented... awesome!!!

I really had a helluva good time... our concert was a blast!!
Weeks and weeks of rehearsals paid off
altho.. we hoped we had performed more days.. haha
We had 2 shows.. one at 3pm and one at 8pm
and we did like almost 20 songs over 90 minutes show

Oh and I joined the SPAJC (Singapore Performing Arts Junior Championship)during the festival
All the contestants were really good... especially the dance category
I sang Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis
I got thru the finals and got bronze... well i'm quite happy for a first timer

and we had a great party on the last day..
with the School of Rock and the Jazz Prodigees playing live music

On the whole... it was really a blast!!
and thanks you people for being there...

Already December ???

That means just one more month of holidays

before back to school AGAIN

and it also means 7 days to IKPF Concert!!!

I have 10 more tickets to sell... ouch!!!

anyways... off for rehearsal overnight camp.

24 hours of intense training...

its gonna be tiring but i hope its gonna be lots of FUNNNNN...

IKPF Concert is like in 2 weeks time
We did costume fitting and full run yesterday...

And we got the yelling yesterday cos
we are SO NOT READY!!

There's so much cleaning up to do, re-blocking,
and finishing up choreo for the finale

NOW rehearsal been stepped up.
Rehersals now on EVERY single day.. even on SUNDAY!!
There goes the holidays!!
But let's look on the bright side...
We gonna give the best damn show (:

and oh... we gonna have a new Choreo Trainer
this guy called Iwan..
and he is one of the guys from Fantastic Four (if you watch Dance Floor)
He showcased his students yesterday
and his choreo's awesome...
hip hop, jazz, street dance all put into one
it was just AWEsome...

okay.. just another hour to chill before time to go for rehearsal

so...
my new born baby cousin was admitted to hospital since like 2 weeks ago cos of some breathing problem and on and off I have been visiting him. But last wednesday, my mum allowed me to stay over at the hospital and watch over him.

so poor thing! so many tubes everywhere. luckily he is fine now.

Yesterday the baby was discharged and went straight to my grandmother's house. I stayed over for another night to take care of him.

So today was at grandmother's house. Took care of baby. Fed baby. Change diapers. Barely slept. Baby was crying. Tiring but fun!! oh man... i seriously want to be a sister to a baby brother or sister. like seriously. Its really lonely to have no one to talk to which totally sucks D:

why why why am i destined to be the only child... how sad!!!
i want my prayers answered.... pls... just a baby brother or sister... pls...

this morning... running session was a total waste of time
firstly it was the wrong day of the month, so i had some cramps
but i didnt want to let my cousin down so i still went along...

but... i was damn pissed cos of stuff she did
oh man... that's really not the right thing to do
and pls.... i can be nice... real nice... but
just dont take me for granted...

i could have screamed my head off... and told you off
but... i didnt...
i really need to learn to speak my mind sometime..
sometimes, it just doesnt pay off to be nice..

Gosh.. the celebrities were really nice.
Taufik and Hady were super friendly.
And Gurmit Singh was really funny and Tay Ping Hui was cool
Had a great time with them backstage!!
Aisyah, Za, Umi, Sad was there for the full dress run on Sat (:

Results results results
Some good, some improved, some could have done better
I handled my results better this year compared to last year (:

We went Hari Raya to Aisyah's house after school
and we surprised Umi and celebrated her birthday

Talentime - Fame/Footloose
2GR was awesome.. we gave it our all
We were awarded most energetic performance.. yay us!!

We rented a mini van just like last year and we went houses to houses

FRUSTRATING DAY....

Today everything goes wrong...
Took so much time planning and organising and it just went down the drain..
No words to describe...

And my body is aching all over especially my legs from the 20+ km cycling yesterday...
plus soccer today... and the captains ball last few days..
thanks to the whole of month of August being a Health Month.. we have like sports everyday...

i just need a chill pill...

hahaha... aisyah did so damn well on sunday! she was really awesome!
like she had a performance with her group, ATHENARTS..
it was a really good performance! and she did amazing!
She's so talented! hahaha... she can sing and dance so well!

okayy... so, like me, Tata, Yasmeen and Aden were there to support her and we bought her chocolates, roses and made her cardboard signs that say GO AISYAH! hahaha

her performance started at 3 and ended at 5 then, I had rehearsal from 5 to 6
and i met them again to go for dinner until 7.30... :)
Really fun!hahaha...

so, some late post.. like on friday,
I went for YMC outing with Aden!! haha... It was at Sentosa
like all the other ymc scgs girls had things on except me and aden so yea..
we thought we were gonna be so extras cos we havent gone for the ymc sessions for a long time..
we decided to go from 2 to 4.. but in the end, after...
swimming
eating
playing
camwhoring
.....
we went home at like 7 and i reached home at 9 :D so fun! haha
anyways,i met so many new friends... only like 4 guys came:
Danish, Idris, Hakim and Firdaus..
yeap... Danish was like damn jinx! Like he made the frisbee stuck up a coconut tree and a ball went up the rooftop, another ball went up the coconut tree and 2 sandals were up the coconut tree too! Damn jinx! haha, this indian guy climbed the tree and got everything down.. AMAZING right? hahaha
but overall, it was so totally fun! hahaha
i wish other people could come though.. especially my other SC frens :)
but its okayy... Nice meeting all of you though...
